Dr. Foster earned his master of science in chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Ga. He then earned his doctor of osteopathy from Oklahoma State University in Tulsa, Okla. Dr. Foster completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo.

Dr. Foster sees patients in Maryville in both the inpatient and outpatient space. His pertinent skills include suicide risk assessment, cultural sensitivity, multiple therapy modalities, treatment planning and polypharmacy management.
