Available to anyone, Mosaic Pharmacy – Plaza 4 is a retail pharmacy located inside Plaza 4 in St. Joseph, Mo., helping patients receive medications quickly and conveniently — often before leaving their appointment.

Our pharmacists are available to answer questions, provide medication guidance and help ensure safe use of prescriptions. Having a pharmacy in the same building makes care easier and more efficient.

Mosaic Same Day Pharmacy provides prescriptions to patients before they leave the hospital or their appointment on campus at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Mo.

If selected, medications are delivered directly to the patient’s room or available for pickup before discharge — reducing extra stops and delays in care.

After returning home, patients can use the MyChart app to request refills and manage prescriptions easily.

After you open the app, select your primary healthcare organization from the list of organizations. You can search for your organization by name, state, or ZIP code.
