Valet Services are currently available at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph - Medical Center and Mosaic Medical Center - Maryville.

St. Joseph

Valet Services are available at the main entrance and Plaza 1 entrance of Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph - Medical Center. Patients and visitors can use it at the below dates and times:

Main Entrance: Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 5 p.m., excluding all major holidays.
Plaza 1 Entrance: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., excluding all major holidays.

How does the valet service work?

When patients/visitors arrive at the main entrance, they will pull up to the valet service podium. A valet will take their car keys, their cell phone number and the make and model of the car they’re driving. The valet will send a text and when the patient/visitor is ready to leave, they click on the link from the text.

What happens if the vehicle is not picked up by the end of valet business hours?

Thirty minutes before the valet service ends, valets will begin to contact owners to return their keys end of business hours. If a valet is unable to locate the vehicle owner, the keys will be taken to the security officer stationed at the ED Desk.

Where will the valet cars be parked during the day?

During the hours of operations, vehicles will be parked in the “Valet Only” portion of Lot J, which is on the east side of the medical center, near the main entrance.

Maryville

Valet Services are available at the Healing Garden, just south of the Main Entrance. Patients and visitors can use it at the below dates and times:

Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., excluding all major holidays.

A valet will take their car keys, cell phone number and the make and model of the care they’re driving. The valet will send a text and when the patient/visitor is ready to leave, they click on the link from the text.

What happens if the vehicle is not picked up by the end of valet business hours?

After 4 p.m., staff will contact any remaining guests and return their keys.

Where will the valet cars be parked during the day?

During the hours of operation, vehicles will be parked on the east side of the Main Entrance parking lot.
