Symptoms
Heat exhaustion symptoms include:
- Cool, moist skin with goose bumps when in the heat.
- Heavy sweating.
- Faintness.
- Dizziness.
- Fatigue.
- Weak, rapid pulse.
- Low blood pressure after standing up.
- Muscle cramps.
- Nausea or vomiting.
- Headache.
- Extreme thirst.
- Mild confusion.
- Decreased urine output.
