Symptoms

Heat exhaustion symptoms include:

  • Cool, moist skin with goose bumps when in the heat.
  • Heavy sweating.
  • Faintness.
  • Dizziness.
  • Fatigue.
  • Weak, rapid pulse.
  • Low blood pressure after standing up.
  • Muscle cramps.
  • Nausea or vomiting.
  • Headache.
  • Extreme thirst.
  • Mild confusion.
  • Decreased urine output.
