Lemon or lime glaze for chicken, fish or vegetables

This tangy glaze adds flavor and moisture without adding fat. Serve over chicken, fish or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon or lime zest
  • 1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions

In a microwavable bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk to mix evenly. Microwave on high until clear and thickened, for about 1-2 minutes. Serve right away.
