Lundan Johnson, APP, is a nurse practitioner at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph – Palliative Care.

Lundan earned her master’s in nursing in family practice at the University of Missouri – Kansas City in Kansas City, Mo. She completed her bachelor’s in nursing from Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Mo. 

“The most meaningful care begins with listening, understanding what matters most to each patient and family,” says Lundan. 

Lundan is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Lundan has more than 10 years of nursing experience in critical care, emergency medicine and cardiovascular care. These experiences inspired her passion for palliative medicine and helps patients and families navigate serious illness with confidence and support. She believes in caring for the whole person by focusing on symptom management, quality of life and aligning medical care with each patient’s goals and values. Outside of work, Lundan enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, serving at her church, and making memories with family and friends.
