Prenatal Care
Begin your pregnancy journey with Dr. Martin for early checkups and prenatal care. As your baby grows, you’ll transition your care to Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph - Women’s Health or Mosaic Maternity - Maryville. After birth, both mom and baby can continue care with Dr. Martin for postpartum and newborn checkups.
Behavioral Health Services
Cathy Snead is a certified and licensed behavioral health provider at Mosaic Family Care – Albany.
"I chose behavioral health as a career because I want to help individuals who are struggling with life’s challenges, navigating major life changes or feeling overwhelmed and in need of support,” says Cathy. “Growing up in rural Northwest Missouri, I witnessed firsthand the significant mental health needs within my community. Many people faced challenges with limited access to care, and too often they struggled without the support they deserved."
Cathy earned her master of social work from the CSWE-accredited University of Missouri-Kansas City, Mo. She also received her bachelor of social work from Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Mo. She received her LMSW in November 2012, her LCSW in Missouri in December 2014, and her LISW in Iowa in May 2015.
Cathy diagnoses and treats major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and bipolar I and II disorders.
