Self-care
Eat foods high in protein and calories. Eat several small meals a day. Drink plenty of fluids. Be as active as possible to increase appetite.

See a healthcare professional if:
- Causes weight loss without trying.
- Happens with depression, anxiety, fear of eating, illicit drug use or alcohol overuse, or an eating disorder.
- Happens after starting a new medicine.
- Lasts more than a few weeks.
