Program Overview
The UMKC-Mosaic Maryville Rural Track Program offers family medicine residents a unique opportunity to train and practice in rural Missouri while remaining connected to one of the most comprehensive family medicine programs in the country.
This rural track is designed for physicians who plan to serve rural communities and desire immersive, hands-on training in a community-based setting.
Rural Track Providers
Marwa Aljardali, MD

Dr. Aljardali studied at the Lebanese American University, Gilbert and Rose-Marie Chagoury School of Medicine. She is currently a resident n the UMKC-Maryville Rural Track Program.
“My goal is to provide comprehensive care with a strong focus on women’s health. I’m passionate about supporting women through all stages of life and helping them feel informed and empowered in their health care,” says Dr. Aljardali.
Dr. Aljardali is a family medicine resident who provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Her training focuses on prevention, diagnosis and management of common conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma and acute illnesses.
Henry Solanke, MBBS

Dr. Solanke studied at Karazin University in Ukraine. He is currently a resident in the UMKC-Maryville Rural Track Program.
“My goal is to become a well-rounded family physician who can deliver high-quality care across diverse clinical environments. I’m particularly passionate about improving the practice of family medicine through research and innovation,” says Dr. Solanke.
