Brooke Streett, DO, is a board-certified family physician at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph – Family Care N. 36th Street. During her education at Lafayette High School and Missouri Western State University, Dr. Streett was involved with the Northwest Missouri Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and took part in the AHEC Career Enhancement Scholars career planning program.

Dr. Streett was commissioned in the Navy Reserves as an officer and attended AT Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo. She was promoted to lieutenant in the active-duty Navy, and completed her family medicine internship and residency at the Naval Medical Center at Camp Lejeune in Camp Lejeune, N.C.

After residency, she served as the senior medical officer at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake in Ridgecrest, Calif. She was the medical director for emergency services and department head of the Patient Centered Medical Home, Branch Health Clinic China Lake.

Dr. Streett offers full-scope family medicine practice, caring for all ages — newborn to geriatric. She provides wellness exams and health maintenance for the entire family. She treats acute illnesses for all ages, as well as depression, anxiety and chronic diseases.
