"Being a physician and helping people has always been my passion. My practice is a team effort, where my patients and I make a collaborative plan to improve their health and wellness. Raising a family and being an active part of my community allows me to know my patients, understand their needs and how best to address them."

Dr. DiStefano earned her Doctor of Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Medical College of Virginia Hospital in Richmond, VA. 
 
She is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. 
 
Dr. DiStefano diagnoses and treats both adults and children for their acute and chronic needs. She provides wellness exams for all adults and well child checks.
